Sourdough Basics Workshop - Wednesday, September 16th 6-8PM

Join Nicole from Snag Sweets for a hands-on, beginner-friendly class where you'll master the basics of sourdough and learn how to care for your natural yeast starter.

What we'll cover:

• The Essentials: Step-by-step guidance through mixing, fermentation, shaping, scoring, and baking.
• The "Why": The health benefits of sourdough and the simple science behind each step so you can bake with confidence.
• The Best Part: You'll take a prepared loaf home to bake fresh in your own kitchen!

Whether you're a total novice or just looking to improve your rise, this class takes the mystery out of the process. Come bake with us!

Tickets include: a jar with starter to take home, a prepated loaf to take home, a rubber mixing spatula, a bowl scraper, a lame, a proofing basket with cloth and a loaf to bake at home. We’ll even have  printed materials about what we went over in class.

Our Studio is BYOB! Beer, wine, and seltzers are permitted. No Hard liquor is allowed. Please bring glasses. The Art House will have glassware available to purchase if needed. All Non alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the Art House at the time of class. We will have a variety of dirty soda, tea, lemonade, coffee and more

Each attendee must purchase a spot.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class are not eligible for a credit, refund, or rescheduling. All ll items have already been baked and prepared specifically for your reservation.
