Where are you located?
We are located at 36 N Gilbert Rd Gilbert, AZ 85234 just a few blocks south of Downtown Gilbert.
Do we need to sign up online to attend a class? We ask that all guests sign up online. This secures you a seat. Everyone attending must purchase a ticket. Many of our classes sell out in advance and we would hate to turn away any walk ins. Sometimes a class may be rescheduled or cancelled and we would hate for you to show up and nobody be there.
How do I apply a gift card when signing up for a class? First, add the desired class to your cart. At checkout, there will be a box to enter in a discount code of gift card code that will be applied towards total.
What is your refund policy? Refunds are available 48 hours prior to your scheduled class unless stated otherwise on the class description. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will not receive a class credit or refund. To cancel please email info@arthousegilbert.com
Are we allowed to bring in our own beverages? Due to our liquor license, we are not a BYOB studio and we do not allow any outside beverages to be brought into The Art House. All alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks will need to be purchased through us at the time of an event. We have a great selection of wine, beer, bubbly, and soft drinks that we’re sure you’ll find something you’ll like!
Are kids allowed to attend? We love little artists! We recommend they attend a day time class since our night classes can be a bit rowdy. Our classes require a lot of instruction and are recommended for ages 10 and up. We ask that an adult attends and is required to purchase a ticket and paint as well.
Can we leave our paintings with you and pick up a different day? Luckily, acrylic paint dries pretty quick! We recommend placing your paintings on the floorboard or trunk painting side up. Due to the limited amount of storage space we have, we can only keep paintings until the last class of each weekend. After the last class, your paintings will unfortunately be disposed.
What are your store hours? We don’t necessarily have “Business Hours,” we are only open during classes & private events. If you would like to view our space, please leave your contact info and our Event Coordinator will get in touch to set up a time for you to pop in.
Do you rent out your space for non art related events? Yes! We have held many baby and bridal showers, birthday and retirement parties! You can find more info regarding renting out our space here
We want to book a private party, what is the best way to get ahold of you? Email, email, email. We try to maintain all party inquires via email. This helps us stay organized and we like to have everything in writing so there is no confusion on both ends. Please email us at info@arthousegilbert.com
