Charcuterie & Wine Pairing Workshop - Saturday, November 6th - 6:30-8PM
Join Cynthia Baysinger from Modern Brie for a live workshop on creating the perfect cheese plate as well as tasting 4 different French wines! You will learn the basics of cheese selection, cutting techniques, and board layout as well as some intermediate skills including laying prosciutto ribbons. You will be guided step by step as you create your own 10” cheese plate that serves 4-6 people. Each guest will have the opportunity to taste 4 French wines (2 red, 2 white) and Cynthia will walk the class through what wine pairs well with specific cheese & meats used in class.
